Description
Spanish 1-2 is a year long class.  This course mirrors the Spanish 1-2 classes taught at San Marino High School. Students who pass this class with a B or higher will earn a recommendation to continue with Spanish 3-4 in their 9th grade year.  Students who do not pass the class with a B or higher will be asked to repeat this class at SMHS. Students who follow this succession of courses will be better prepared to take AP Spanish either their 11th or 12th grade year of High School.  Grades given in this course will not affect the student's High School GPA (both negatively and positively).
