Today in clas we discussed how adjetives behave in Spanish. We reviewed vocabulary on pages 48 and 49, students were reminded that at the back of each Chapter we have the entire vocabulary for the chapter. Chapter 2 is on page 85. I recommend they put a small post it on that page. We worked on activities 1through 5 on pages 50 and 51 and turned them in at the end of the period.

Today in class we used page 52 from the textbook to learn how to ask someone's birthe day and age. We talked about idiomatic expressions and how some things are simply said differently from one language to another. Some stuents can't understad why we would ask "How many years do you have?" instead of "How old are you?" but again, it's a different language so expresions are different from one language to another.

From page 24 we went over the concept of the verbs "ser" and "estar". Periods 5 and 6 worked on activity 33 from page 24 answering all of the questions. Period 6 wrote out the sentences from activity 33.
Period 2 only reviewed the alphabet sounds from page 22 (textbook) because on Tuesday they were testing and missed period 2). Students then reviewed Cuaderno #1 page 9 and spelled their names out loud.
