Happy First Day of School! 🦊
Welcome to HMS! What a great start we've had! Although you were an attentive listener, you may feel a bit overwhelmed with the amount of information given to you today. Please be reassured that teachers will review procedures repeatedly over the next few weeks. I encourage you to ask questions and seek help when needed. My goal is for all students to feel safe and comfortable in their new learning environment. After meeting all of you, I know it will be a rewarding, fun, and successful year for all!
Today, we reviewed school supplies and what materials you will need for class each day. As a reminder, please bring the following every day:

3. pencil bag/box with supplies (please have all supplies by next Monday, August 19th)
4. Chromebook (you will receive yours in the next week or two)
5. water bottle (optional)
Please leave other items in your locker or at home. Starting on Monday, backpacks will not be allowed in the classroom per school policy. However, students have the option to bring a small drawstring sport/gym bag to the classroom.
